Flurry of crocheted snowflakes begin arriving

It is just a few weeks since LoveCrochet launched their call for people to create snowflakes for Home-Start’s Snowflake Appeal, but snowflakes have already started pouring in to the Home-Start UK office.

We’ve already had hundreds of crocheted snowflakes in a range of colours and sizes, and hundreds more are arriving every day.

If you haven’t started crocheting your snowflake yet it is not too late. You can order your exclusive pattern and kit, designed by Bella Coco, from the LoveCrochet website. You can also make a donation to Home-Start’s Snowflake Appeal for vulnerable children.

All the snowflakes sent to Home-Start UK by November 16 will be displayed at Kirstie Allsopp’s Handmade Christmas Fair in Manchester, and all the snowflakes we receive will be sent to local Home-Starts for them to hand out to families as Christmas decorations.
